The first three days of the conference (29 June - 1 July) will comprise ‘virtual only’ parallel sessions for paper presentations (with remote only participation), and ‘hybrid’ Tutorials and Workshops (allowing both 'in-person' and remote participation options for participants).
The Opening Plenary Session (evening of 1st of July) and the parallel sessions that will take place 2-4 July will run as hybrid events (i.e., allowing both 'in-person' and remote participation options for presenters and participants).
Sessions are being video recorded.

* The modality of the presentation will be selected by the presenter of each poster submission.
All registered conference participants are entitled to access the hydrid Opening Plenary Session and Keynote Speech, participate in all virtual only and hydrid parallel sessions, access the 'in-person' and virtual posters and access the 'in-person' and virtual exhibition. p>
Registered participants that select to attend ‘in-person’ will be also entitled to enter the conference reception (evening of 01 July), refreshment breaks between sessions (10:00 - 10:30, 15:30-16:00, 02-04 July) and 4th of July traditional BBQ and festivities (with a reservation in advance).
Student registered participants that select to attend ‘in-person’ will be also entitled to enter the students' reception (evening of 03 July).
Participants that select to attend ‘in-person’ are also kindly asked to make their own arrangements for lunch, during lunch breaks (12:30-13:30, 29 June - 04 July).
Tutorial participation requires additional registration.
Workshop participation is complimentary for all registered conference participants.
