Conference Venue & Official Hotel

The Washington Hilton Hotel is the conference venue and the official HCII2024 hotel.

A number of rooms have been reserved to be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis with significantly reduced rates. The special guest room rates will be valid for all Conference participants for the duration of the Conference, as well as for 2 additional days, before and / or after the Conference (subject to availability of rooms at the time of the reservation). Moreover, courtesy of the hotel, this special rate has been further extended over the long weekend, until Monday 8th of July.

Please note that the cut-off date for reservations has been extended until 27 June 2024.

Any requests after that date will be accepted at the Hotel's prevailing rate based on availability.

Single or double occupancy: $199 USD

Triple occupancy: $224 USD

Quad occupancy: $249 USD

Please note that:

  • Prices DO NOT include 15.95% Room Tax per night (subject to change).
  • Prices DO NOT include breakfast.
  • Check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM.
  • Minimum age to register: 18
  • This is a non-smoking hotel.
  • Self parking: $56.00 per night

RESERVATIONS

Cut-off date for reservations is 27 May 2024. Any requests after that date will be accepted at the Hotel's prevailing rate based on availability. A sleeping room reservation must be secured with a valid credit card along with a one (1) night's deposit, refundable up to 72 hours in advance of arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Reservations will be considered guaranteed for the full lenght of stay unless are cancelled by the guest no later than 72 hours in advance of arrival.
If a guest checks out prior the reserved checkout date, an early checkout fee will be added (currently, one night's room and tax). Guests wishing to avoid an early checkout fee should advise the Hotel at or before check-in of any change in the planned lenght of stay.

CHILD POLICY

Children 17 years or younger will stay free of charge in their parent’s room. Cribs are complimentary and available upon request. Rollaway beds are available upon request with a $35 fee per night.

WiFi

Guestroom WiFi is complimentary for guests who are Hilton Honors members (free to signup). Cost for non members is $18.95 per day.
