Important notes:

  • Tutorial participation requires additional registration per tutorial.
  • Tutorial selection is available through the on-line conference registration.
  • Seats for 'in-person' participation in Tutorials are limited and will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis.
  • Places for ‘virtual’ participation in some Tutorials may also be limited (because of their structure) and will be similarly allocated on a first-come-first-served basis.
  • Questions from ‘virtual’ participants can be posed through the Whova platform to be addressed by the Tutors during or after the end of the Tutorial.
  • Participants who select to attend the Conference ‘virtually’ will be offered two complimentary registrations, one for the Distinguished Tutorial T13 offered by Ben Shneiderman and a second for any other tutorial of their choice.
  • Tutorials will not be recorded for later view.
